In order to be healthy, you need to be conscious about the things you eat. While its is okay to sweets every now and again, it’s not best to eat too much
(noted). Stick to healthy foods such as apples, walnuts, eggs, salmon, spinach, and collard greens.
You’ll also want to be conscious about your weight. Having too much weight (or being obese) leads to health problems such as type 2 diabetes, stroke, and high blood pressure to name a few (source).
Another way to be healthy is to exercise and sleep. Exercise can help you lose weight, get you energized, and helps you sleep (source). Sleep is a necessity for the body. Your muscles relax, and your heart rate slows down, and your body prepares for the next day.
